We are representative in more than 40 countries, with approximately 40 retail stores. Each store embodies our distinctive brand identity and is strategically located in prime locations. With a presence in over 750 doors and selected department stores, we have built a qualitative global wholesale distribution.
As our District Manager colleague you will be part of the Retail team and oversee our stores in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our head office and the stores, ensuring optimal performance, consistent brand representation, and strong leadership across locations.
You will report directly to the Strategy Director and work closely with your colleague District Manager, HR and the store teams.
Main tasks
Oversee and manage the daily performance and operations of our stores in the Netherlands;
Collaborate closely with store managers to drive performance, customer experience & operational excellence;
Supporting and driving sales and monitor against targets;
Monitoring of profitability and proposing / taking necessary actions to ensure positive financial result;
People management: recruitment, sales training, coaching, adjustments, etc.;
Participation in our Retail Meetings to align on strategy and performance;
Regular visits to the shops and provide structured feedback and reporting.
Who are you
You have several years of experience in a similar retail leadership role;
You are confident in managing KPIs and driving toward ambitious targets;
You are fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
You’re a strong communicator and team player;
You have a hands-on mentality;
You are flexible and willing to travel several days per week.
