As our Inventory Analyst & Coordinator, your main responsibility is to analyze and coordinate the inventory of the countries in your scope and make sure that they have adequate quantitative and qualitative stocks to achieve their objectives.
Your role and responsibilities
Manage all stock‑related operational tasks, including initial picks, invoicing, and daily follow‑up of stock movements for all the stores in your scope.
Act as commercial liaison for EDI accounts, ensuring smooth communication and performance monitoring.
Oversee EDI coordination, including managing PDT tasks.
Prepare for future integrations where needed.
Provide support during buying periods, ensuring accurate size adjustments and alignment of country‑specific needs.
Take ownership of omnichannel stock follow‑up, coordinating with multiple departments to optimize product availability across channels.
Create and maintain BI reports at key milestones (season start, season end, outlet start, end‑of‑life).
Estimate general company stock levels in relation to sales periods to support planning and decision‑making.
Analyze collection performance per market to identify opportunities and guide future actions.
Your skills
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics and/or inventory coordination;
You are customer and service-minded, and have a natural flair for dealing with customers;
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of English;
French and Dutch (working knowledge) are a big advantage;
You work organized, and are able to set priorities;
You work accurately, and have strong analytical skills;
You are stress resistant and you have a positive hands-on attitude;
You take ownership;
You are passionate about fashion.
