For our Antwerp HQ office, we have a fulltime vacancy for an enthusiastic trilingual (French/English/Dutch) Supply Chain Systems & Operations Support with a strong affinity for fashion and operations.
Your Role
In this role, you act as a key operational and system-driven support function between Supply Chain, Production, IT, Customer Service, and Commercial teams. You ensure data accuracy, process continuity, and smooth coordination in a fast-paced, international fashion environment.
This role requires strong shoulders, operational maturity, and the ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and complexity.
Your Responsibilities
Act as operational support within the Supply Chain & Production team.
Work daily in ERP systems and quickly adapt to new IT tools and environments.
Manage and validate data across multiple platforms (ERP, PIM, Nylon, Excel, and other internal systems).
Ensure consistency between product data, logistics flows, and commercial information.
Provide commercial support by understanding customer service processes and the US market.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proactively follow up on issues related to data, orders, deliveries, or system flows.
Support peak periods, deadlines, and ad-hoc operational challenges.
Who are you
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Operations, or a similar environment.
Strong background in ERP systems and operational IT tools.
Experience with PIM systems, data flows, multiple files & platforms.
Fast learner when it comes to systems and processes.
Strong understanding of commercial operations and customer service.
Experience or affinity with the US market is a strong asset.
Genuine interest in fashion from A to Z (product, lifecycle, flow, delivery).
Able to handle pressure, deadlines, and complexity.
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus).
