For our Antwerp HQ office, we are looking for a fulltime enthusiastic IT Project Manager.
Main tasks
Hands-on Project Management
Act as project lead for strategic IT initiatives such as the ERP rollout (It’s Perfect), e-commerce integrations, and the addition of new sales channels and markets.
Translate business needs into concrete projects plans with a clear scope, budget, planning and measurable impact.
Project Governance & PMO
Develop and implement a pragmatic project framework: governance structure, budgeting, planning, reporting, standard templates and strict project follow-up.
Set up a project portfolio dashboard with PMO reporting that provides visibility on priorities, progress, budgets, and risks.
Ensure consistency between ongoing and planned IT and business projects, the long term business plan, and the IT roadmap.
Business Process Management
Create visibility into the interconnections of retail IT systems (ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, OMS, PIM, EDP data management), document these and drive future simplification.
Work with process owners to define responsibilities and design improvement programs. Build and maintain a knowledge platform for process and system documentation.
IT Roadmap & Architecture Vision
Together with the IT Manager, you define the IT roadmap/IT architecture in alignment with business priorities: a future-oriented IT landscape that supports a scalable, modern, international omnichannel organization.
You report to the Finance & IT Director and work closely with the IT Manager. The IT Manager oversees the IT architecture, technical infrastructure and daily operations. You bring structure, prioritization, and organization to projects and process execution.
Who are you
5–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or business process management, ideally in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
Solid understanding of how IT systems interact in a retail context (ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, OMS, PIM, data integration).
Proven experience with implementation projects and change management in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage budgets and perform financial analyses (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX).
Skilled in project governance, process modeling, professional project tracking, and reporting.
Strong ability to structure, organize, and prioritize.
Excellent communicator — able to explain complex topics clearly to both business and IT stakeholders. You adapt your communication style to the audience: strategic and concise toward management, detailed and practical toward the business.
